Cedar Table is a 36-seat dining room above the orchard road. We cook on iron and cedar, pour from the Columbia Gorge, and keep the list short on purpose.

We print the card at noon. Substitutions happen when the farm truck is late.
The kitchen
Two cooks, one fire, a walk-in that smells like citrus and smoke
We buy from four farms within an hour's drive and a fisherman who texts when the river is kind. The menu is a conversation with that week, not a brand deck.
- Wood oven and a single iron plancha. No gas range.
- Bread baked in the morning, leftover for the staff meal.
- Wine list of twenty bottles, mostly Gorge and Willamette.

A six-top behind the screen. For a slower table.

Six stools facing the plancha. Walk-ins only after 20:30.
